Appearance & Consistency

    Hawaiian Icee comes in with a clean amber color and an overall fresh look. The texture is a waxy butter that leans slightly stiff, but it still has a nice cohesiveness and clings to itself well. There’s also a greasy sheen on the surface that gives it that properly handled, terp-rich look.

    Right out of the jar there’s visible terp pooling, and after whipping and letting it sit, those pools deepen even more. The jar really opens up over time, and it’s clear the terpene content is on the higher side.

Aroma

    The smell is bright and sweet, especially after whipping where it starts to lean more candy-like. I get notes of cherry and plum on the backend, and overall it comes across like a refreshing island punch.

    Strength wise it sits in a nice middle ground, somewhere between mild and loud. It’s not overpowering, but once you open the jar it’s definitely present, and it gets more expressive after working it a bit.

Flavor

    Flavor is where this one gets more complex. On the inhale I get sweet fruit up front with cherry notes, followed by a creamy, slightly gassy undertone.

    On the exhale it shifts more tropical, almost like tropical skittles, with that plum note lingering on the backend. The smell translates well overall, but the gas shows up more in the flavor than it does in the aroma.

Effects

    This one leans very functional. Mentally it’s clear and calming without any heaviness. I get a peaceful, relaxed headspace that still feels sharp and usable.

    Physically it’s light and slightly euphoric with just a touch of relaxation, nothing that slows you down too much. This feels like a good option for social settings or when you need something to keep you going through a long day.

Potency

    Potency sits in a moderate range for me. I was using about two average sized dabs per session and that felt like the sweet spot. Enough to feel it clearly, but not overwhelming.

Dab Performance

    Performance in the rig is one of the stronger aspects here. It burns very clean, closer to a clean BHO than what you typically expect from rosin. There’s very little residue left behind and it doesn’t get overly dark.

    It also holds flavor well even if you push into slightly warmer temps, which is nice if you’re trying to get a bit more out of each dab.

Overall

    The standout for me with this puck is the combination of clean performance and clear, approachable effects. The flavor is complex without being overwhelming, and the way it cleans up makes it easy to keep going back to.
