Smoky Mountain CBD - Zushi Review


This is my first time trying Smoky Mountain CBD, and so far they are leaving a fantastic impression, I can't believe I hadn't tried them sooner. 

This sample of flower arrived in a premium mylar bag that features branding, strain and weight info, a QR code for labs, and a hemp warning/notification. The design is clean and modern, it lets what's inside do the talking. 


Opening the bag you are met with medium to small buds that have a chunky, fuzzy structure. The colors are all over the place, multiple greens that flow into purple seamlessly, bright pistils that are caked in trichomes, and a intense frost that is cream colored. It's a very visually appealing flower that has a great trim. 


The smell is ridiculously intense, as soon as the bag is cracked open it explodes with terpenes and gas. The smell is zesty with a general citrus smell that's baked by layers of diesel and earthiness, it's complex but easy to love. 

Flavor is very similar, you get a bright citrus flavor on the inhale with some forest type flavors. The exhale is super gassy with slight citrus remaining and a layer of wood or pine. It's forest like with citrus and gas. 

The effects on this one are very balanced and middle of the road. It opened with a nice cerebral uplift that lifted my mood and boosted my motivation. The body feeling was super relaxing and soothing, like a warm bath. It didn't make me super sleepy but definitely could help ease me into bed. 

Overall this is a very solid cut of Zushi, the smoke is smooth, the flavor and smell are intense and complex, and the effects are nice and balanced. The thing that stood out to me the most was the amazing bag appeal, this is a looker. I'd absolutely recommend this to connoisseurs looking for a craft Zushi cut.
