This was a sample that arrived in a vac sealed bag with the jar clearly labeled. The pucks themselves have no branding, keeping things simple. This is single sourced live rosin. The color sits between amber and gold with a nice sheen. It’s not fully transparent but still has a clean, fresh look. The consistency is a wet batter, smooth, malleable, and easy to work with. It doesn’t stick to itself too much and holds its shape well at room temp. There’s a thin terp layer sitting on top that hints at strong flavor. The smell is the standout. It’s layered and genuinely enjoyable. It opens with a slightly burnt candied orange note, then carries that sweetness into a chemmy gas finish. The dominant note is sweet orange, but the gassy backend gives it balance and keeps it from feeling flat.   Sample      Sherbert from White Label came in a heat-sealed mylar bag with a minimalist design. The packaging includes strain info, branding, and a QR code for lab results. It feels well put together and stands out right away.      The flower is listed as indoor and visually it shows. Buds are large with a longer, slightly fluffy structure and rounded, tear-shaped calyxes. Trichomes are very mature with visible heads that are just starting to turn amber.      Color is a deep purple with multiple shades throughout, lightening toward the base with some green mixed in. The pistils are vibrant and plentiful, giving it a strong overall look.      Trim is very clean. The natural shape of the buds is preserved while excess leaf is removed almost entirely.      Moisture and cure are on point. It’s a bit stiff and holds its form well at room temp. There’s a visible terp layer on opening with some light pooling around the rosin.      The nose is bright and lively. Strong citrus up front with a slightly sour tropical finish. Aroma is loud and noticeable right when you crack the jar.      Flavor follows the nose well. Inhale brings a slightly sweet lemon note, then shifts into a more tropical profile on the exhale with a classic hashy background. The texture is a waxy butter that leans slightly stiff, but it still has a nice cohesiveness and clings to itself well. There’s also a greasy sheen on the surface that gives it that properly handled, terp-rich look.      Right out of the jar there’s visible terp pooling, and after whipping and letting it sit, those pools deepen even more. The jar really opens up over time, and it’s clear the terpene content is on the higher side.
