White Tahoe Cookies - Revelry Hemp Review

Image
Check out Revelry's Shop here! Revelry Hemp – White Tahoe Cookies Medium sized buds with a chunky, dense structure. Not rock hard but solid. Light green with some light purples and heavy white frost. Trichome coverage is strong and mature, nice heads visible. Nose is lightly sweet and very earthy. Grassy with some sweetness on the backend. Getting earthy, creamy, a little pepper spice, and even some light citrus when broken down. Sits right between loud and subtle. Flavor leans rich and earthy with more sweetness than the smell suggests. That earthy gas comes through but the added sweetness makes it stand out. Smoke is smooth and full flavor. Clean trim and a solid cure, nothing harsh. Effects are very balanced. Starts with a sharp mental uplift, lots of happiness and creativity, then settles into a stoney body feel that’s great for winding down. I’d recommend this to anyone who likes a classic earthy gas profile with an easy, approachable high. Make sure to...

Black Tie CBD – Louis XIII OG Review

Image
Black Tie CBD – Louis XIII OG (Flower Review) Packaging      This was a sample for review and it came in a premium glass jar with clear strain info and a QR code on the bottom. Huge kudos to Black Tie for going the extra mile with the presentation. It makes it feel premium and keeps the flower fresh. Appearance      The buds are medium to large sized with a very natural shape, and the density sits around a medium level.      The color on the base of the buds is a forest green, but it’s mostly hidden behind a large portion of trichomes that give the bud a silver sheen. The pistils on this one are darker and almost red, which adds some nice contrast.      Trichome coverage is heavy with some large visible mature heads that are turning slightly amber. This is the result of great genetics and great growing technique.      The trim is very clean with little to no sugar leaves. It’...

Chemdawg Live Resin - TENDC Review

Image
Chemdawg Live Resin Review This was a sample of Chemdawg live resin from TENDC . Packaging      It came packed in a glass jar with a lid that has store info, classifies it as a hemp product, has the strain name, and a design that reminds me of the 80's. Clean and right to the point, while keeping a unique and original look.  Appearance and Texture      This resin honestly looks like a rosin at first glance. It has a thick budder consistency with a deep golden hue. It isn’t loose but it’s still sticky, and it shines with terp separation.      The texture is creamy but stiff like butter. It’s easy to scoop up, but I’d recommend using a hot knife to release it easily because it is very sticky. Aroma      The smell on this one is interesting. It reminds me of cleaner, but in a good way, mixed with funk and woody pine. There is no sweetness here.      When the resin is heated it relea...

Lemon Cherry Gelato - Black Tie CBD Review

Image
Lemon Cherry Gelato Flower Review First Impressions      This is an indoor flower and you can tell right away by how premium it looks. I received a 3.5 g sample and it arrived in a very premium glass jar with strain information, a QR code, and site details printed on the label. The packaging immediately stood out to me. You hardly ever see glass jars used for flower anymore, and it gives the whole product a luxury feel while also helping keep the herbs fresh. Appearance      These are what I like to call show stopper buds. The nugs are large and naturally shaped with good structure. They have solid density but they are not rock hard. When you press them there is a healthy give that lets you know the cure is right.      The color on this flower is beautiful. At the core of the buds you get darker greens, and layered over that is a deep purple that really stands out. Smaller but noticeable pistils break everything up wit...

Tesoro Hemp – Gelato 44 Review

Image
Tesoro Hemp – Gelato 44 (Indoor Flower) Amount: 3.5g Grow: Indoor Tesoro Hemp is new to the page and they sent over a solid lineup, so reviews will be rolling out regularly. First up is Gelato 44. Appearance      Very large, dense buds right out of the bag. These are not small or airy at all. The nugs are teardrop shaped and very hard, you actually have to pre break them up before grinding.      Color wise, this one reminds me of Halloween. The base of the flower is a deep purple with some greens poking through. On top of that there’s an abundance of bright orange pistils. The pistils aren’t super long, but they’re numerous and really stand out against the purple base.      Trim is top notch in terms of cleanliness. There are no loose sugar leaves hanging off. It does seem like it was machine trimmed because the natural look of the bud has slightly faded. That’s a small gripe, nothing super ...
