SHH - Blue Frost

This is a recent pickup from SHH and my second ever time trying flower from this vendor. This order arrived very quickly and was packaged securely. The flower arrived in a black mylar bag with a very small and simple label. On the label the weight, strain, and grow method are listed. This is a smalls bag but honestly I'm impressed with the size and structure of what I got. 
Opening the bag you are met with medium to small sized nugs. The trim is nice and tight with only a small amount of sugar leaf left. The color is dominated by a silver sheen coming from the absurd amount of trichomes present, but there is a mix of purples and greens underneath. The trichomes are mature with visible heads and there are TONS of them. The texture is semi crispy with an audible snap when breaking down. 

The nose is ultra gas focused with a tinge of sweetness on the backend. It starts with a diesel fuel note that is exceptionally strong and bodied. The gas has a warm toasted character to it that is satisfying. The sweetness comes in a doughy form and reminds me of pie or muffins. 

The flavor is similar to the aroma, you get a focused blast of musky rich gas that coats your mouth and lingers long after the exhale. While I didn't get any blueberry notes in the smell or taste the sweet side is still represented here. On the exhale I get a creamy dough flavor that is toasty and warm. It reminds me of Christmas if that makes sense. 

Effects are on the heavier side but with some uplift as well. Mentally I felt happy with a nice wave of euphoria. Being sociable became a lot easier also. Physically I felt a relaxed feeling creep up slowly and help with bodily tension. This isn't a sedating strain per say but it did help me wind down. I'd personally reach for this one in the evenings. 

This is some very good looking flower for the ticket and also comes paired with great effects! The nose and flavor are good but not amazingly unique or strong. I definitely recommend this one.
