Farm To Med Review: "Blueberries"

    Blueberries! Imagine breaking open a beautiful round nug while being met with a medley of subtle fruit smells and light gassy notes. This offering from Farm To Med is a bag appeal monster with noticeably well developed trichomes! Its large nug structure and varying shades of green with orange hairs made Blueberries a must try for me. It's a huge added bonus that this flower is not shipped in but is instead grown fresh here in Tennessee! This strain advertises as a hybrid 50/50 yet I personally feel that it leans more towards the indica side. 





    My first impression of this strain was how well developed the trichomes are, even with the naked eye you can see hundreds of fully bulbed trich's covering the nugs from tip to stem. I also noticed in my review that the smell on this strain is very unique, offering a fruity/sweet scent that is distinctive to a handful of fruity strains I have tested, something to try for sure. This cut of blueberries was a dry brittle texture that is perfect for rolling. Don't let the dry texture fool you though, as the smoke produced is full of flavor that blends perfectly with the aroma of the raw flower. The effects of this strain are cerebral and uplifting while somehow simultaneously reminding you that you really don't want to get back up off the couch. Numeric review:

    Bag Appeal/Cosmetic- 8.6/10 Blueberries comes in beautiful large nugs with multiples shades of green and a plethora of orange hairs. This strain is a true stunner in sunlight. 

Smell/Taste- 9.0/10 Fruity, sweet, gassy, all terms regularly used to describe many cannabis strains today apply here yet with the caveat that this strain in particular mixes these scents and tastes in a very unique way, almost reminding me of a mixed fruit cup in an odd but endearing way.

Effects- 8.9 While this strain in particular is a hybrid it affects me in a traditionally indica fashion. With every hit I could feel the stress of the day wear away and my eyes becoming more and more heavy in my head. Overall leaving me feeling very peaceful and cathartic.

Overall score: 8.8/10!
