This was a sample of Chemdawg live resin from TENDC.

Packaging

    It came packed in a glass jar with a lid that has store info, classifies it as a hemp product, has the strain name, and a design that reminds me of the 80's. Clean and right to the point, while keeping a unique and original look. 

Appearance and Texture

    This resin honestly looks like a rosin at first glance. It has a thick budder consistency with a deep golden hue. It isn’t loose but it’s still sticky, and it shines with terp separation.

    The texture is creamy but stiff like butter. It’s easy to scoop up, but I’d recommend using a hot knife to release it easily because it is very sticky.

Aroma

    The smell on this one is interesting. It reminds me of cleaner, but in a good way, mixed with funk and woody pine. There is no sweetness here.

    When the resin is heated it releases a lot more gas than what you get from the nose alone, but it still keeps that floor cleaner smell.

Flavor

    The inhale brings gas and that floor cleaner flavor.

    On the backend I get earthy pine with strong gas. The terps translate well from smell to taste and you end up with an oddly addicting chemical flavor mixed with a funky gas.

Vapor Quality

    This resin melts very clean. That’s where it differs from rosin. The chamber is almost spotless after dabbing because there is very light residue.

    The vapor is smooth but full. On hotter temps I could see this one making me cough because the vapor is rich, but at lower temps it wasn’t a problem.

Effects

    The effects are lively and bright. It gave me mental uplift and motivation to tackle the day.

    Body effects start euphoric and then slowly lean into a stoney calming full body relaxation.

    For me this could work anytime, but I would probably reach for it mid day when I want a mental boost.

Final Thoughts

    The biggest standout for me is how much this reminds me of rosin. It has a loud smell, glossy texture that is stiff and buttery, and the effects even feel more full than your average resin.

    I would definitely pick this up myself for the value. I can’t list prices but it’s a great deal for the quality you’re getting.
