Antheia Farms - Inposterberry

This is a sample from Antheia Farms latest drop, and my first time reviewing something from them! The sample arrived in a glass jar with store branding, strain name, strength, and even an expiration date. The glass jar is a nice touch and the overall visual of the packaging is great. 
Opening the jar you are met with medium sized nugs with a fluffy, natural shape. The color is a darker green with some light spots where the pistils are. The frost is immense and covers every part of these buds, giving the flower a silver sheen. The flower was a tad leafy and the moisture levels are relatively high, this is not a bud that snaps, but bends and tears. 
The aroma out of the jar is nice and strong. The leading note is lightly sweet fruit, berry and light citrus dominate. The fruit starts to fade off and you are left with a forest floor type smell, very plant like and lightly musky. There is a small gassy hint towards the end of the profile but it is not the highlight. 

Flavor ties together with the aroma nicely. You get a subtlety sweet berry flavor with hints of lemon sharpness. The fruit quickly fades into that dark forest vibe with bitter dirt like flavor coming through with a small gassy note that lingers on the palate. While it's plenty enjoyable, I wish there was a bigger umph of flavor. 

Effects are old school with a hazy and slightly lethargic mental space. Easy to slow down and take your day in. Physically I felt mild euphoria mixed with tension relief and relaxation, a easy on the body profile. This is great for forgetting your day and letting your body recoup. 

Overall a good first impression from Antheia Farms. The buds look nice, flavor and nose are more than decent, and effects are super solid. My only complaint would be the high moisture content, and how leafy the flower is. I am very thankful for this opportunity to cover Antheia Farms and hopefully it's not the last collaboration!
